Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5217589.

Traffics lights not working correctly since road resurfacing a few weeks ago. Traffic coming off the m66 only has about 20 sections per green light since roads in the area were resurfaced. This is causing dangerous traffic to back on to the main motorway. This was not an issue before the road works.
