Drain blocked by leaf debris (Northbound Carriageway)

Significant Flooding in lane 1 (northbound) presenting a high risk of aquaplaning even at low speeds caused by leaf debris have been there for MONTHS blocking the drain (i.e. a conic lack of routine / preventative maintenance!
