Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5209874.

Temporary traffic lights affecting flow of traffic for no discernible reason. Looks like there may have been something happening on pavement but TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BLOCK A BUSY TRUNK ROAD CREATING HUGE TAILBACKS AT PEAK TIME. No identification boards as to who carrying out/carried out work. PLEASE REMOVE IMMEDIATELY.
