Part time lights switch in at incorrect time

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 09:07, Tue 14 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5208790.

The part time traffic signals controlling traffic at junction 14 of the M5 are turning on a hour too early since we entered daylight saving. They are turning on at 08:15am instead of 09:15 and this is causing severe delays and congestion across the junction into surrounding areas. Please can this be corrected as a matter of urgency?
