Double light in center of road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5202105.

Double light between entrance/exit on weston road between roundabout and predestrian crossing not working, only had cause to travel this way last week (6/11 to 10/11) so not sure how long it has been out of action
