Dangerous unavoidable trench in road

Please make lasting repair to this trench. It has been in there for many weeks now. 1ft wide and 1ft deep, across the whole junction. Due to surrounding road closers I am forced to use this road on a daily basis. It is dangerous to enter and exit the junction on to the A47 due to the trench and lack of visibility due to heras fencing and signage surrounding a large hole which has been open for months. As I am aware of the problem I can adjust my speed accordingly. If you are not aware, you are very likely to cause severe damage to your vehicle or cause an accident, especially at night or in the rain as it is basically invisible until you hit it. If you were to be on a motorcycle there would be a danger to life. Surely this can be filled in and opened up again when necessary, as no one has worked there for weeks.
