Deep dangerous trench

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 22:09, Sat 11 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5200891.

There is a unfilled utilities trench which is becoming steadily deeper. I am sure your CDM hazardous risk assessment has not included this item as I suspect HSE would like to know about the continuing risk that this trench is to the general public. Will you contact your Principle Contractor to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Apparently there have already been accidents reported as a result of the trench.
