HGV road noise, Excessive and Relentless 24/7

I would like to know what can be done about the excessive road noise that is happening day and all through the night from hgvs travelling along the A5 in church bridge Cannock coming from and going to the main depots. They come all through the night and sometimes my flat shakes with the sheer weight of whatever is going past. The drivers also beep their horns at each other on passing. This is a residential area and something needs to be done .
