When pushing button on pelican crossing light not changing to red

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 08:01, Thu 9 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5191069.

When I try to push the button on the pelican crossing box on the road going into Hull at the Somerdon Road lights, the traffic light does not change to red so the traffic does not stop therefore I cannot cross the road safely as the traffic is continuous
