White lines between J7 and J5 M27

Lane markings are difficult to see in some light conditions on this stretch west bound. Very difficult to stay in lane since its not a straight piece of road, making it quite difficult to drive safely.

  • I’d like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and I apologise confusion these road markings are causing. We really appreciate the information and feedback we receive, and value the perspective you bring as someone who uses our network. I’m pleased to report that we do have plans to address this issue in the coming year. An overlay scheme will be replacing the existing concrete with tarmac to address the driving experience and the difficulty with visibility due to the glare from the sun.
