Lump across both carriages of the road

A prominent lump is in the road, just prior to the 300yrd marker for slip road. Good Street images included to emphasise.

This issue has been here for some time. Previously reported, and has not become better. Instead, slight deterioration.

Driving over creates a very noticeable thud, and risk suspension/tyre damage if prolonged use (ie daily commute).

Concern should have been remedied at recent resurfacing works in the vicinity.
