How to I get my wheelchair bike up the curb?

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 14:00, Mon 6 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5180239.

As you can I can no longer use the traffic lights to cross over to Old Shoreham Road, how am I meant to get my wheelchair tandem up on to the unpaved verge to then use the pedestrian crossing? Even if I could get my bike over, theres such a poor "ramp" on the other side that it makes the crossing impossible.
