Big dip in road. Very dangerous

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5177755.

The surface has dropped this has been like this for months and nothing has been done about it apart from a sign saying ramp. The dip has got so bad now my car seems to be damaged and the steering is playing up. I have to drive over here everyday and no matter what speed you go it really jars my car. I needs a temporary fix if it's not being repaired
