URGENT- Blocked Drains

Drains blocked again causing flooding and traffic problems. Inspector attended on 30th October, poked the drain with spade which allowed the water to drain. This was not sufficient and needs to be dealt with properly. It is very dangerous especially at night as it cannot be seen until vehicles hit it.
