Speed camera flashing under speed

FixMyStreet ref: 5168047.

I was travelling down A14 from barhill towards Cambridge around 17:15 on 02/11/2023. I set my cruise control to 68mph and there was no speed warning above where the speed camera was sat, it was blank, and as I went past the camera flashed. I’d like to note it’s heavily raining (due to storm cieron), so I’m now waiting for a letter to come through for a violation in speed which I haven’t committed. I suffer with anxiety with driving, never had any points and don’t speed, so I find this very stressful. Just to note, there were other vehicles going past this camera, all of which were going the same speed as me.
