Several lights still not working accident waiting to happen

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5164441.

Several light signals are not working on the roundabout of Rodger Millward that leads on to Victoria dock making it very difficult to join a63 or to cross through main a63 onto the docks. This should be an urgent matter to sort. Accident waiting to happen as it never been the best of roundabouts since newest layout
