Sequence of lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5159654.

M53 Junction 4 slip road exit to Bebington. Lights change too quickly and during rush hour causes traffic to build/back up dangerously on motorway. On one occasion traffic was queuing on the hard shoulder to exit the motorway. For over a year this has been happening.
