Potholes slip road to m50 heading east towards m5j8

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5159356.

The potholes have been present for a year now and have been reported but no action taken. This is very dangerous especially as the area is unlit. I do not know why National Highways closed the original report - THE POTHOLES ARE STILL PRESENT!!! NO ACTION TO FIX THESE HAS BEEN UNDERTAKEN! THANK YOU
