Thank you for your report of 31 October 2023 about tramlines having formed on the carriageway along the A160. We apologise that your experience using this section of our network hasn’t been what we’d have hoped on this occasion and really appreciate the time you’ve taken to contact us about this.
After investigating your report, we can advise that we’ve already began to develop a scheme in response to this issue. This will see the Manby roundabout and westbound carriageway resurfaced in the location you’ve specified. This scheme is still in the planning stage; however, we’re expecting to complete this very soon and move into the approval stage. We’re hopeful this work will be carried out within this financial year.
We’re grateful for your patience while we work on planning, and gaining approval for these works to be carried out and hope that they improve your experience using this section of our network.

Hello, this message is from the local Area Manager at the Road Haulage Association. I have had several reports of the tramlines being wider and more than 3 inches deep at points. I'd like to report that this is still an ongoing issue and can cause serious harm or injury to vehicles and their passengers. Is there a date yet for the work to commence?
