M5 Jct 14 traffic lights

Good morning, Please can you ensure that the traffic lights at J14 of the M5 are corrected asap to fall in line with the hour change which took place on the 29th Oct. These are part-time lights, as I’m sure you are well aware, to ease traffic congestion at peak times. The fact that they are currently switched to functioning during the morning commute is causing huge delays for traffic in all directions, it shouldn’t take 10 mins to get through a set of lights as happened this morning at 8:30am coming over the junction from Falfield! In fact this happens without fail for a week, every single time the clocks change ie. In March & Oct, what is so very hard to get that you are unable to ensure they are running as they should at these
