Traffic light timings incorrect

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5158357.

The traffic lights have been on during morning rush hour since Mon 30th Oct. Presumably this is due to the timer still thinking it is an hour later than it is due to the clock change

    Our technician visited the site on 10 November and corrected the issue.
