M55 junction 3 lights out

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category by John Rossall Singleton at 16:47, Tue 31 October 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5158244.

Regarding the traffic lights at M55 Junction 3. Is it possible to have lineage reinstalled? The signs are there but the white lines on the road are not. In addition, the PC stated that the system is working better without the traffic lights than with them! Can it remain this way in your opinion?
