Lose manhole cover !!!

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5157731.

Very dangerous Lose manhole cover !!! Traffic lights have been on site for over a week causing traffic chaos & the manhole hasn't been fixed when will it be fixed as this has been reported many & nobody seems to care National Highways need to get their act together & fix this problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
