Blocked drains on ebden hill

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5155826.

The drains are blocked on ebden hill which causes flooding to moat lane and my property. With the amount of water on the road there have been two major accidents and several near misses.

    We've been checking all reports of flooding over the last week, during the periods of heavy rain and Storm Ciaran.

    Our inspector has reviewed the location on several occasions, including today whilst its been raining when no flooding was observed. The drains are clear.
