Water coming THROUGH bridge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5155355.

I was waiting in traffic on the A4123 southbound underneath the M5 bridge during heavy rain. A stream of water was coming through the bridge, approx 2 - 3 metres from the edge. I have a video. I am not sure if this is a problem or not, but it appeared abnormal so have reported just in case.
