Flooding under Guston bridge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5149837.

The flood waters have risen sufficiently to cause drivers in the B carriage way ( away from the Port of Dover) to move to the centre of the carriage way and also into the A carriageway. This is a continuing problem in heavy rain for the last 5-10 years and needs fixing.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the drainage at this location. We have a current scheme due to start shortly to clear the drainage on the A2 from Whitfield to Dover. Kind regards National Highways
