Signs not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5143765.

Hi, I have just travelled southbound on the M1 from to jct 29. A lot of the signs are flashing from one speed limit to another. E.g. it is flashing from 40 to 50 to national. This has been dangerous for cars as people are putting their breaks on quickly. It is also risking people being flashed as it is unclear what the speed limit is. Many thanks
