4-way Temporary traffic lights stuck on red

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5142916.

There are 4-way temporary traffic lights in Cradley Heath between Portersfield Road, Woods Lane and B4173. These are stuck on red causing significant delays and issues as visibilty is limited. Especially as Portersfield Road is the entrance to an industrial estate where HGV's are constantly entering and exiting.
