Damaged man hole covers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5142350.

This issue was reported on the 29th September and I can see its marked as "Closed" however the damage has not been repaired at all. Please con 2x replacement covers be installed so that the temporary traffic cores and floor cover are removed and the pavement (and my driveway) are safe to use again. Thank you.

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the replacement covers . Our inspection team did attend this location and made safe.

    Unfortunately the covers and chamber are owned and the responsibility of BT who will need to carry out the repairs. National Highways have contacted them and and issued the appropriate order to carry out the work.

    Please contact BT for an update as to when they will be carrying out the work.
