Brand new road just finished and it’s bumpy and not even smooth

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5142229.

Brand new road surface just finished east bound towards Ipswich from Woolpit which has taken 6 months which I assume would be complete as what’s the point in starting the opposite side until the previous is done, as now they will have to shut the side which is meant to be complete again to top it! I hope Woolpit/-tot hill isn’t complete because that’s embarrassing and a waste of money.
