Fly tipping on footpath, damaged litter bin and litter all across the area

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5136503.

Fly tipping outside the shops at CR5. Litter bin never emptied and covered with an old compost bin. Litter across the area.

Long tailbacks of traffic northbound. Star Lane lights “go” then Netherne Drive lights a little further on “stop”. The Netherne lights take a very long time to change to “go”, so traffic doesn’t get a chance to clear. Also before new lights installed traffic north & southbound flowed at same time from Netherne now only 1 direction at a time. Seems to me the lights are not in sync. I live on Brighton Road & traffic continually queuing north bound. Never used to be as bad.
