All lights are out on A46 Leicester Hobby Horse roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5129801.

All lights were not working upon leaving Syston towards Birstall this evening at 5.45pm. From the way the traffic was moving, it looks as though all other lights are out.
