Growth growing over subway footpath

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5128382.

The subway between Newholm way and Launceston crescent under the A52 has become very overgrown. I’ve reported this a few times but nothing has been done . I’ve been assured that it is your organisation’s responsibility. The spiky plants are growing out through the railings.
