Eastbound flooding restricting traffic flow

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5116424.

One lane totally blocked due to water the outside lane just passable although it's at least 4" deep at the shallow part. Appears to be run off from Sharphill due to the recent landscape changes...
