Dead pigeons

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5116342.

I walk under the roundabout taking my grandchildren to school . Toby who is 5 years old and for his age is very interested in all wildlife, so when he sees the pigeons caught up in the netting he gets upset and has asked me to contact someone to fix the netting or take it down . I did email the local council and they said I had to contact yourselves. Toby asks me everyday if I’ve had a reply yet so hopefully the netting can be repaired. I have explained why the netting is there. thank you Toby’s grandad
