6 lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5110955.

3 lights on each side of the dual carriage way leading down to the underpass are now working. What 3 words locations of them are: ///boils.walks.brains ///lasted.villa.kinks ///animal.best.prop ///goats.translated.tuned ///extra.edit.grape ///sorry.switch.mute

I have tried to fault these on many occassions with both highways and the county. Both state the other is responsible and close the report. Please DO NOT CLOSE this report until you have spoken to the county council about who owns these lights and agreed who is going to fix them. This issue has been going on for close on a year to my knowledge and continues to cause distress to lone and vulnerable using the route.
