Plastic Barrier on Central Reservation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5108775.

On the southbound A34, there is a large blue plastic barrier that may have fallen from a vehicle. Not sure it it is just before the A417 or preceding Yellow road bridge.

The barrier has been there for probably more than a month!
