Giant White Bag flying around

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5105481.

Sand Bag /white bag flew onto highway. Its currently rested in-between Northbound and Southbound Carriageway by a Gantry where Bus Lane Starts - coordinates: 51.468420, -2.568986

Concerned it could impede a drivers view.
