Vehicle detection broken

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5100396.

Eastfield road southbound is broken, constantly stays green for a long time when no vehicles are around, and also the A160 Westbound/Eastbound right turn will go green when no one is waiting there
