Temp lights causing long delays

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5094343.

Temp lights on Barnhorn Road causing long delays. Idling traffic outside my house causing disturbance. Cats playing loud music, engines running , cars beeping horns. Long delays actually preventing me from going about my day to day activities as I don’t want to be caught in traffic so staying at home more. This is affecting g my daily life.
