Traffic lights causing chaos

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5088966.

My usual 15 minute commute took an hour. Queues back to Festival Island. Stuck ON Toll Bar End for at least 20 minutes. Late for work. And probably another extra hour to my journey home as well. This is getting worse.
