High ramp/bump on road

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 00:27, Thu 12 October 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5088462.

The road as one joins the bridge from both sides has a very high ramp which is impossible to go over without a hard bump. This is causing serious and uneccesary stress on tyres, suspension and general wear and tear on cars and ultimately bringing forward maintenance costs to private drivers. It is frustrating having to drive over this day after day and see "temporary" signs indicating "ramp". Yes. We bump over it every day and witness drivers in hire/fleet cars tearing over it at normal speed because they do not have to pay for their own repairs. When is this going to be sorted, or even a temporary measure put in place, for example some tarmac to make the approach shallower?
