Traffic Light Timing out at Siskin Drive/Tollbar Island, Coventry

This continues to be a significant problem for businesses at the junction of Siskin Drive, Rowley Road and Tollbar Island Coventry - traffic light timing sequencing is out and causing significant tailbacks for all business on Middlemarch Industrial Estate, Coventry. this has been reported multiple times, but is still an issue. Please note this is a safety issue also if emergency services were to try and get through.
