Severely faded speed limit signs

The 40 mph speed signs are severely faded and vertually unreadable.

Appreciate there is a road marking for 40mph but don't feel it's enough.

As a resident who uses the Midford lane junction frequently any measures put in place to slow on coming traffic will make exiting for vehicles and pedestrians crossing the road safer.
