Multiple lights still not working

Three street lights are still not working, this is despite the fact that I had reported them a year ago, and made multiple follow-ups.
In addition to this, some of the lights I had reported were replaced. But I’m not sure why the other faulty lights seem to have been ignored, particularly as the lights are supposedly checked every 30 days or so?
The remaining numbers for faulty lights are: 9, 10, and 14.
These are some of the reference codes I have kept for this, 3115, 22577068, 3084, and [phone removed].
Kind regards

Response received from National Highways/ SWHBBIS acknowledging the faults, but have been told that in accordance with the National Highways specification, nothing will be done about it until they next do a large job ‘ideally within a year’.
I was also told that column 14 is the responsibility of Dorset Council, but Dorset Council haven’t got anything on their system for that particular column.
