Road signs blocked on the south bound and north bound A3

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5074747.

Road signs on the A3 approaching the A244 from both the north and the south are obscured by trees and bushes. On the south bound carriageway is there an "2" "//" count down to the junction sign or is it completely obscured or missing?
