Temporary traffic lights specific to Cyclists not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5061256.

During the hours of darkness the cycle traffic lights do not detect cyclists. The lights do not change they are permanantly on red. This is causing a hazard & danger to cyclists & motorists. These are the lights approached from Zelah down the gravel path.
