Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5061152.

The traffic lights between the * slip and mslip on roundabout incorrectly phased causing servere congestion in the area and traffic backing up on m27 b cartidgeway at j5. Issue been for a month or so. Needs urgent attention. Note rush hour is the worse time of day. Roundabout gets blocked
