Trees with ash die back

Reported via desktop in the Fallen/ Dead Tree (NH) category anonymously at 14:35, Mon 2 October 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5053296.

There are a number of trees in this location, outside of our boundary, with ash die back as identified during a recent tree survey. These trees are also in an area where there is an overhead power line. SSE have recently identified that at least one of the power line supporting poles needs to be replaced (SSE reference MM2404). These factors combined give an increased risk of the power line and/or the trees becoming problematic. This issue was first identified about a month ago.
