Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5035455.

3 to 4 potholes in lane one for the Almondsbury interchange jct 16. Deep enough to jolt the car. Due to the volume of traffic these will get worse if no remedial work is actioned. These potholes have been present for the last 4 weeks at least.
